Shipping Information

Behrly Group products may be custom printed, personalized, programmed, or made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced before it is shipped.

Processing & Production Time

Processing time varies by product and begins after we have received all information, artwork, personalization details, and approvals required to complete your order.

For custom NFC products, processing may include printing, digital contact card setup, NFC programming, testing, and final quality review.

Any estimated production time shown on the individual product page applies before shipping time.

Pre-Order Products

Products marked Pre-Order are not yet available for immediate production or shipment. The estimated availability date or timeframe will be listed on the product page.

Once inventory is received, custom production will begin after we have received all required artwork and customer information.

Shipping Method

Orders are generally shipped using USPS Ground Advantage® unless another shipping method is offered or selected at checkout.

USPS Ground Advantage typically has an expected delivery timeframe of approximately 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

For example, if a custom product requires 3–5 business days for production, the estimated USPS transit time begins after production is complete and the package has been accepted by USPS.

Tracking

USPS tracking is included with eligible Ground Advantage shipments.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using the contact information associated with your order when available.

Please allow time for USPS tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the order and available shipping options.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact Behrly Group as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, transit and delivery are handled by the carrier.

Weather, holidays, transportation delays, incorrect addresses, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances may affect estimated delivery dates.

If we are unable to ship your order within a timeframe specifically promised by Behrly Group, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact Behrly Group within 7 days of delivery.

If your tracking information indicates a possible lost package, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

USPS Ground Advantage includes tracking and may include carrier insurance coverage subject to USPS eligibility, terms, and claim requirements.

Return & Refund Policy

Many Behrly Group products are custom printed, personalized, programmed, or made specifically for each customer. Please carefully review all artwork, spelling, contact information, links, sizes, colors, and customization details before submitting your order.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, printed, programmed, or made-to-order products are generally final sale once production or customization has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom NFC and One-Tap cards

• Google Review and QR products

• Custom ID cards and badges

• Stickers and printed materials

• Branded or personalized apparel

• Promotional products

• Wedding and event products

• Products containing customer-provided artwork, logos, photos, names, links, or other personalized information

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Information

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate artwork and information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, QR links, social media links, spelling, sizing, and other customization details.

If we produce an item correctly based on the information or artwork submitted by the customer, errors in that submitted information are not considered product defects.

Replacement, reprinting, or reprogramming requested because of incorrect customer-supplied information may require an additional charge.

By submitting artwork, logos, photos, trademarks, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use and reproduce them.

NFC, QR & Digital Products

NFC products are programmed and tested when applicable before fulfillment.

NFC performance may vary based on smartphone compatibility, device settings, operating system, NFC reader location, internet availability, and other factors outside Behrly Group's control.

QR codes require a compatible device and may require internet access.

Digital contact cards, websites, review pages, social platforms, and other linked destinations may depend on third-party services. Behrly Group cannot guarantee the continued availability or functionality of third-party platforms.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, incorrectly programmed, or materially different from what you ordered because of an error by Behrly Group, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.

After reviewing the issue, Behrly Group may provide an appropriate resolution, including:

• Reprinting or replacing the item

• Correcting or reprogramming the product

• Partial refund

• Full refund

Returns

Because customized products generally cannot be resold, we do not accept returns on custom or personalized products unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect due to our error, or otherwise required by law.

Do not return merchandise without first contacting Behrly Group and receiving return instructions.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if printing, programming, production, customization, or ordering of special materials has not yet begun.

Once production or customization begins, the order is generally non-refundable.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by Behrly Group.

Pre-Orders

Products marked Pre-Order are purchased before inventory is available for standard fulfillment.

Estimated availability dates are estimates unless otherwise stated. If an unexpected delay prevents us from fulfilling an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

Once a pre-order enters production or customization, our standard custom-product policy applies.

Apparel

Customized apparel is final sale unless Behrly Group supplied the wrong product, made a printing error, or the item has a qualifying manufacturing defect.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Differences between garment brands or styles are not considered defects.

Minor Variations

Slight differences in printed color, positioning, finish, texture, or sizing may occur during production. Colors displayed on screens may also vary from the finished product.

Reasonable production variations are not considered defects.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, address issues, or other circumstances outside Behrly Group's control.

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the refund is the result of an error by Behrly Group or otherwise required by law.

Final Sale Items

Customized products and items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange except for qualifying defects, errors by Behrly Group, or where required by applicable law.
