Full-Service Marketing Onboarding

For full-service marketing clients, we start with a call to learn about your business, your current marketing, your goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

After that initial conversation, we spend time researching your business, reviewing your current digital presence, running reports, looking at competitors, and identifying areas of opportunity.

Whenever possible, we like to meet again in person after completing that research. This gives us a chance to walk through what we found, learn even more about your business, and make sure the strategy we build is aligned with your goals.

For clients with on-site content included, we then visit your business to meet your team, see how your business operates, and capture authentic photos and video.

From there, we complete the rest of the onboarding process, including gathering access to the platforms and accounts we will be managing, setting up reporting, organizing content, and preparing your initial marketing strategy.

Full-service onboarding typically takes about two weeks. We use that time intentionally so we can learn your business first and build a strong foundation before we begin managing your marketing.
