A Personal Story Behind Starting My Marketing and Brand Strategy Company. How I plan to be one of the best Marketing Companies.
I have always loved learning. Not just casually learning, but really diving in. Understanding how things work, why they work, and how to make them work better. Social media strategy, SEO, digital trends, AI, all of it. I liked being ahead of the curve before it hit mainstream. I like figuring things out. I like challenging myself. I like growth.
For a long time, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. Something I could shape with intention. Something that aligned with how I think, how I work, and how I care about people. I knew what I was capable of, and I knew I could help others grow their businesses in a way that felt strategic, supportive, and real.
But timing matters. And for a while, my life was full in every direction. I was in an executive role leading a team of eight, managing big responsibilities, and still being a full-time mom with kids in sports, martial arts, softball, and gymnastics. There was no free time. There was no extra capacity. I had even started my LLC on the side years earlier, but I physically could not do it all.
My job paid the bills. My team relied on me. And I care deeply about people. I am loyal. So I waited. Not because I was unsure. But because I wanted to leave well. I wanted to finish training. I wanted my team supported. I wanted to walk out in integrity.
But I also knew my soul wanted something more.
I wanted to help more businesses. I wanted to expand my knowledge. I wanted to be different than the typical agency model. I did not want to be another marketing company chasing numbers. I want to be one of the best Marketing Companies out there. I want to build connection, results, and trust. I want clients who feel supported. Clients I can grow with long-term. Clients who can call me when they needed guidance, clarity, or direction.
Real partnership.
I go all in for good people. I will do everything in my power to help someone succeed. That is how I lead. That is how I work. That is who I am.
